huema design is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Kampala, Uganda, pioneering a new era of African design rooted in contextuality and materiality.

Founded by Kenneth Kanaabi, huema bridges African heritage with the possibilities of modern innovation. Each of our projects draws inspiration from place, people, history, and nature, reimagined through a contemporary lens.
